How do regional adjustments work?

Costs are adjusted automatically by postcode. Central London carries a 1.3x multiplier, Inner London 1.2x, Outer London and the South East around 1.1x, with multipliers reducing to 0.85x for some regions in the North and Wales. These multipliers reflect real differences in labour and material costs across the UK.

Can I save and compare estimates?
